Respect for Intellectual Property

Way West LLC (d/b/a PairAgentic) respects intellectual property rights and expects users of the PairAgentic platform to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 (“DMCA”), we will respond to notices of alleged copyright infringement.

Reporting Copyright Infringement

If you believe content on the PairAgentic platform infringes your copyright, please send a written notice to our designated DMCA agent containing:

• A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized agent
• Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed
• Identification of the material you claim is infringing, with sufficient detail for us to locate it
• Your contact information (address, telephone number, and email address)
• A statement that you have a good-faith belief that use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
• A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf

Counter-Notification

If you believe your content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notification containing: (a) your signature; (b) identification of the removed material and its former location; (c) a statement under penalty of perjury that removal was due to mistake or misidentification; (d) your name, address, and telephone number; and (e) consent to jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for Hawaii.
